Project manager web - pim/dam migration : data asset management, drupal

Descriptif de la mission :

We are seeking a functional Project Manager to oversee a systems re-integration project. The immediate need is to manage the integration of our newly upgraded Product Information Management (PIM), Content Management System (CMS), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring seamless functionality and eliminating connections to outdated systems.

Current PIM Riversand will be decommission to PIM Stibo; our current DAM AssestBank will be for some regions upgraded to DAM Aprimo, systems linked to our Drupal website Nortonabrasives manage by a third party agency. The project manager will assure coordination between all parties involved. He/She will have to work with various timezones, with US and EU as main regions but meeting with India, South America, and APAC will be a must.

a 4 months project at 50%. Main objectives & deliverables :

Project management :

o Lead the re-integration project, ensuring timeline expectations : deadline end of April 2024

o Hold business teams accountable for meeting and project progress, data migration deadlines and business requirements documentation completion: 6 regions of the world involved

o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation needed.

Technical Oversight:

o Understand and translate the technical details involved in system integration.

o Define the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) matrix across multiple functional teams, including external agencies, as necessary.

o Ensure appropriate documentation is created and maintained to support successful project outcomes and facilitate troubleshooting.

Quality Assurance:

o Ensure that all integrations meet the required business and technical standards.

o Develop and implement testing strategies to validate system integrations.

o Manage the resolution of any defects or issues identified during testing.

Documentation and Training:

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

o Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
