Contexte
Cyber Defense is launching a project to evaluate new antimalware solutions and upgrade the current system quickly.
Missions
* The PMO support will assist the program by handling administrative and coordination tasks to ensuring smooth project execution with main focus on Business Case definition, Program Finance management and Change Management.
Financial governance:
Own budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and liaising with Finance to ensuring alignment with the program budget;
Business case development: creating, validating, and maintaining business cases, ROI analyses, and cost-benefit analyses to supporting funding decisions and prioritization;
Change management and communications: supporting on the design and implementation of change management plans, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and training to ensuring adoption and minimize resistance during the transition.
Supporting meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes;
Creating and updating presentations, reports, and dashboards;
Managing project documentation, including plans, status reports, and control logs.
Supporting vendor and supplier interactions as needed;
Assisting in organizing steering and project committee meetings;
Tracking actions, risks, and issues;
Supporting the transfer of project outputs to operational teams;
Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Profil recherché
Expertise:
Basic IT expertise (Windows, Office 365, communication tools);
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word;
Good presentation and report-writing expertise;
Finance and budgeting (budget tracking, cost control, and financial reporting);
Change management and communication expertise (leadership, stakeholder engagement, user adoption planning);
Business Case Development capability (ROI planning, financial modeling, benefits realization, governance, executive storytelling, and decision analytics);
Degree in Business, Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Certification:
Not mandatory, but project support or coordination certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
Language:
English environment (mandatory);
French environment is a plus.
3-5 years supporting project or program teams;
Expertise in coordinating meetings, reports, and documentation;
Expertise working with stakeholders across different teams or countries;
Familiarity with project management tools and processes is a plus.
