Descriptif de la mission :

The consultant will support the SAP team in the following key areas:

Recurring operational tasks:
Managing user access in accordance with internal procedures and audit requirements.
Perform operational activities related to SAP FC application: Finance+, Bird, and Lease reporting.
Provide user support and ensure the needs of all stakeholders are fully addressed.

Change requests on Finance+, Bird, Lease and FIM tools:
Manage end-to-end functional evolutions by conducting business analysis, performing system configuration, and executing fully documented functional testing.

Maintain up to date application and process documentation.

We require a senior consultant with the following knowledge/experience.

Must Have
Experience in SAP FC system administration
Basic knowledge in financial accounting and consolidation
Structured, analytical, delivery-oriented, and right-to-the-point
Self-organized, autonomous, collaborative and proactive
Strong communication skills in speaking and writing, both verbal and written, for interactions with team members, business users, and IT teams.
English and French mandatory

Resource must be full-time operating in a hybrid model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Preferred
Knowledge of credit insurance, or broader banking and insurance industry experience.
Prior experience working in an agile environment, including the use of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
