Capital market strategies business analyst : capital markets, data hub

Descriptif de la mission :

Mission We are looking for a highly capable Business Analyst to strengthen the Technology team and contribute to the ongoing development of our Capital Market Strategies (CMS) platform. In this role, you will help build and support the platform, playing a key role in the management and delivery of IT initiatives across the CMS domain. You will work closely with business teams including Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data Management and ESG, as well as with internal stakeholders and external partners. The position reports to the Head of IT CMS.

Key Responsibilities

Project delivery and business analysis
o
Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements
o
Propose appropriate technical solutions in coordination with IT teams
o
Draft functional specifications and support testing phases
o
Coordinate project delivery from design to implementation, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, budget and timelines
o
Track progress, manage dependencies and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
o
Ensure the platform remains intuitive, efficient and accessible for end users

Collaboration and knowledge management
o Work closely with team members across functions and locations
o Contribute to preserving and developing the functional and technical knowledge required to support the platform over the long term
o Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams and external vendors

Governance and communication
o
Prepare activity reports for internal clients and management
o
Organise steering committees and workshops with business teams
o
Facilitate communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle The main applications in scope include Fusion Invest, Seismic, Bloomberg PORT, Adjuto, DataHub, Databricks and in-house applications.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, with a particular focus on fixed income instruments
- Proven experience in the asset management industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams and explain complex topics clearly
- Fluency in English, French is a plus.
- Good understanding of the application lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery and support
- Experience with database querying, data transformation and automation
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously and adopt a hands-on approach
- Self-motivated, intellectually rigorous, curious and well organised
- A collaborative team player able to make a strong contribution quickly within a fast-growing and entrepreneurial organisation
